Common Core Number Bracelets {Freebie}

Happy Tuesday!

Today in Math we moved from number bonds to number bracelets.  We first revisited the story of 5.  Each student has their own number bracelet which they are able to manipulate.  After our 'practice run' at the carpet I sent the students back to their seats to manipulate the bracelet and record their answers on the recording sheet (see freebie packet below)!  Check out yesterday's number bonds if you haven't already!

These are my 10 bracelets, but it shows you the concept!

Click the number bracelet printable for the {freebie pack!!!}

Thanks

I love the "number bracelets" idea. I teach ESL and this would be so-o-o helpful for them. What material do you use for the bracelet? Thanks, Linda

It is a pipe cleaner with beads, all of the materials I purchased from the Dollar Tree! :)

Number bracelets are great! I made a sheet like this earlier in the year when we were using them more but yours is way cuter ;)

Love your blog!

My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on various websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform.
I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net.

Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it?
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

My website is in the very same area of interest as yours and my

Please let me know if this ok with you. Thanks!

First off I would like to say terrific blog!
I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or hints? Cheers!

Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to grasp so much about this,
such as you wrote the e-book in it or something.
I feel that you could do with some p.c. to drive
the message home a bit, however instead of that, that is fantastic blog.
An excellent read. I will certainly be back.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this,
like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that,
this is great blog. A fantastic read. I will certainly be back.
